Dr. Jennifer Williams was born and raised in New Jersey and earned her bachelors degree from the University of Scranton, where she competed on the Women’s Lacrosse team and served as team captain. During her time as both a collegiate athlete and student athletic trainer, she developed a strong interest in sports medicine and performance-based care. A back injury sustained while playing lacrosse ultimately led her to seek treatment from a sports chiropractor—an experience that sparked her passion for chiropractic care and its role in helping active individuals recover, perform, and thrive. Dr. Williams earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences, graduating with honors and receiving awards for academic distinction and leadership. While at Northeast, she was an active member of the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Club and attended educational seminars at the Professional Football Chiropractic Society (PFCS) NFL Combine and the Lake Placid Olympic Training Facility. Her clinical experience includes providing care to student-athletes at Buffalo State Athletics and treating runners at multiple road races throughout the Buffalo area. Dr. Williams holds advanced certifications in Active Release Technique (ART), Sports Science and Human Performance, and Whole Food Nutrition. Her approach emphasizes identifying the root cause of injury, optimizing movement, and empowering patients through individualized, evidence-informed care. While she enjoys working with athletes of all levels, Dr. Williams’ holistic approach extends to anyone seeking to move better, recover from injury, or improve overall function and quality of life. Outside the clinic, she enjoys running—recently taking on half marathons—skiing, attending sporting events, trying new workout classes, and volunteering at local animal shelters.
