After many years in the automotive, I decided to repackage myself in a different vocation. I enjoy being "a bright spot" in people's lives. I graduated from Healing Hands Holistic Health Center for Massage. I am licensed through the State of Michigan and Board-Certified through NCBTMB. I am certified in warm bamboo-fusion, hot stone therapy, lymphatic wellness, massage cupping, and oncology. Since 2014, I bring multiple years of hospital experience treating post-operative patients and those going through a cancer journey. I am passionate about clients' concerns, expectations, and hold the profession of massage to its highest of standards. I look forward to seeing you!
Massage
Massage oil is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension. It is a classic massage that has many benefits including decreasing cortisol levels which can enhance immune function, decrease anxiety, and promote better sleep.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a very gentle massage performed with cups or hands, that helps to direct lymphatic fluid towards the lymph nodes. The lymphatic system works in tandem with our immune system and is our body's first line of defense against disease. Lymphatic massage promotes a healthy immune response and can decrease inflammation, increase energy and even reduce cellulite.
