After his assessment, he develops individualized treatment plans that may include clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, physical medicine, and strategic use of nutraceuticals to support the body’s natural healing processes. He believes strongly in preventative healthcare through patient education that empowers individuals to take on an active role in their health. He is particularly passionate in helping people navigate hormonal and immune imbalances, digestive concerns, and mental-emotional health challenges. As a RMT, Dr. Kurtis brings advanced anatomical knowledge and hands-on expertise to each treatment, using techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point release, sports massage, cupping, and fascial stretching to relieve pain, improve mobility, and recover from physical stress. Whether you're striving to optimize physical performance, manage chronic health concerns, or simply learn more about your health, Dr. Kurtis provides compassionate, collaborative care to help you thrive.
