Psylock is a dedicated Registered Kinesiologist and Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia (UBC). She is passionate about helping people move with confidence and without pain through personalized exercise programming and stretch-based therapy. Guided by the belief that “movement is power,” Psylock takes a client-centered approach, taking the time to understand each person’s goals, lifestyle, and challenges. Her aim is to deliver care that is not only effective, but also empowering and sustainable. Her clinical background includes working in a chiropractic environment, where she independently provided cold laser therapy and supported clients through individualized treatment plans. She has experience working with osteoarthritis, muscle strains, mobility limitations, and a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. Outside the clinic, Psylock enjoys Latin dancing (Cuban salsa and bachata), playing basketball, exploring new coffee spots, and staying active. She values ongoing learning and growth, and brings that same commitment to helping her clients move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
