Ritika is a compassionate and skilled physiotherapist with a keen interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries. Having completed her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy in India, over the years, she has gained experience in treating a wide range of conditions, ranging from acute injuries like sprains to chronic pain conditions. In addition to her physiotherapy education, Ritika has also done a course on personal training. Her treatment approach is a combination of hands-on manual therapy along with an exercise-based rehabilitation program tailored to each patient's specific needs. Ritika’s ultimate goal is to ensure that each patient not only recovers from their injuries but thrives in their day to day life. In her spare time, Ritika enjoys staying active and being outdoors while spending as much time as she can with friends and family.
