Traditional Fire Cupping is a time-honored therapy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Unlike modern plastic or suction cupping, this session uses genuine fire glass cups to create warmth and negative pressure that promotes the smooth flow of Qi and Blood. Purpose: to relieve muscle tension, remove stagnation, expel cold and dampness, and improve overall circulation. The treatment begins with a brief TCM assessment to determine areas of stagnation. Then, using the fire-flame technique, glass cups are skillfully applied along the meridians and affected zones. Clients often experience immediate relief from pain, stiffness, and fatigue, with a deep sense of relaxation and warmth spreading through the body. Fire Cupping may leave temporary red or purple marks on the skin — these are signs of released stagnation and usually fade within a few days. This session focuses on Traditional Fire Cupping only and does not include acupuncture needling.
