Kristin has been practicing as a Certified Athletic Therapist for over 19 years, combining evidence-based treatment with a hands-on, movement-focused approach to help clients recover, perform, and feel their best. She holds a BSc in Kinesiology from Western University, an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College, and a MSc in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine from University of Florida. Kristin became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2016 and uses a combination of manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and corrective exercise to help clients recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve performance. Her treatment approach incorporates Neurokinetic Therapy, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and individualized exercise programming to address the root cause of dysfunction and optimize musculoskeletal health. Kristin has also completed the Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture program at McMaster University, incorporating acupuncture into treatment plans to support recovery, improve neuromuscular regulation, and enhance overall function. Outside the clinic, Kristin works with Gymnastics Canada as part of the National Trampoline and Tumbling teams and teaches in the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Humber College, as well as in the Kinesiology program at University of Guelph-Humber. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her training, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with friends and family.
