Allison uses a combination of Swedish massage, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization), as well as more active techniques and myofascial to treat common issues such as back and neck pain and more serious conditions including impingement, whiplash, disc herniations and more. Having experienced the struggle of dealing with chronic pain herself, Allison understands the importance of making small changes in daily habits to help decrease stress or pain and create a better quality of life. She also enjoys creating tailored care plans and educating patients on how to combat these issues and achieve their health goals. In her free time, Allison enjoys dance and swimming as she believes freedom of motion and mobility are very important for an active healthy lifestyle, as well as for everyday life. RMTBC#:008242
