Retirement Notice – May 28, 2026: Maxine has retired from practice as of May 28, 2026. We extend our sincere appreciation for her years of care and contribution to the clinic, and she will be greatly missed by both staff and clients. All client referrals will now be directed to another Osteopath on staff, including Francine, Ashley, Nadine, or Jaylynn. Maxine Jeffrey, initially an occupational therapist, kinesiologist and certified yoga instructor, has been offering health services to her clients since 1993. After raising her two children, teaching yoga classes and providing yoga teacher training programs, offering exercise therapy and occupational therapy services for the past two decades, she decided to go back to school in 2014. Maxine graduated from the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques, Halifax Campus, in 2020 as an osteopathic manual practitioner. She has completed her thesis on GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease) and has obtained her DOMP status and is a member in good standing with the Nova Scotia Association of Osteopaths and with the Ontario Association of Osteopaths. She is accepting new clients and is looking forward to helping you on your journey to better health.
