Dr. Haley Esau was born and raised in Niagara, Ontario, where she developed a lifelong love for staying active. A former national-level middle-distance runner, she gained an early appreciation for chiropractic care through her own experience with sports-related injuries. Haley completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at Brock University, with additional studies at the University of British Columbia and abroad in Leeds, England, before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Haley provides care for individuals from all walks of life — whether you work at a desk, are a parent, an athlete, or are recovering from injury. She is certified in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and trained in shockwave therapy, cupping, kinesiotaping, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). She also provides TMJ therapy to help relieve jaw pain, clenching, and headaches, and has a special interest in lower extremity conditions. Drawing on her background in running, she uses gait and functional movement assessments to uncover how issues in the back, hips, knees, or feet contribute to pain or dysfunction. Her care is personalized, evidence-informed, and collaborative to help clients move better and feel their best. Outside of the clinic, Haley enjoys hiking, skiing, paddleboarding, running, trying new restaurants, and watching reality TV.
