If you’re feeling limited by pain, tightness, or mobility issues—and just want to move better again—Patrick is here to help you get there. Patrick Hove, RMT focuses on sports massage, deep tissue therapy, and mobility-based rehabilitation, with a practical approach that starts by understanding what’s holding you back and what you want to return to. Each session begins with a meaningful conversation, followed by a plan tailored to your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Patrick works with a range of concerns including joint and myofascial restrictions, tension headaches, nerve impingements, and postural dysfunction. Using a combination of orthopedic assessment, hands-on treatment, and realistic home care strategies, he helps patients improve movement, reduce pain, and build lasting results. Since becoming an RMT in 2018, Patrick has also spent time mentoring and teaching future massage therapists, bringing a thoughtful and evolving approach to his care. His continued education in chronic pain management, joint rehabilitation, and emerging massage therapy techniques allows him to adapt treatments to what works best for each individual. Whether you’re an athlete, an active individual, or simply wanting to feel better day-to-day, Patrick is genuinely invested in helping you move forward with confidence. Please note: Patrick does not treat acute neck or spinal cord injuries. Registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
**New Patients:** Please book either 45 or 60 minutes for your first visit as your therapist needs adequate time to go over your full health history and do an assessment. This will allow enough time for hands on treatment as well.
