Simply Less Pain Wellness

875 Vancouver St, Entrance is on the right side of the building facing the alley, Prince George, BC, V2L 3J5

Hi, my name is Vasko and I’m a physiotherapist and a PG local. I finished my Bachelor of Health Sciences majoring in Biomedical Sciences at UNBC and then went on to become a graduate of the first class of the UBC Master of Physical Therapy - North Program hosted in Prince George at UNBC, where I did all my clinical practicums in the PG community. Before working as a physio, I was on our local Firehawks Unit Crew as a Wildland Firefighter and interned as a rehab assistant in Valencia, Spain for a summer. I’m interested in many areas of rehab including treating low back pain, shoulder injuries, and other sports-related injuries. I am passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to manage their condition. My philosophy of treatment extends beyond the walls of the clinic to finding out what activities my patients find meaningful and working to custom tailor my treatments to focus on getting patients back to doing things that are meaningful to them, whether it’s playing with their grandchildren or hiking Teapot Mountain. When I’m not working as a physio, you can find me trail running on Pidherny with my dog, Blue, wrenching on my car, or volunteering around my community including being a responder on the Canada Suicide Prevention Service, and managing the sandwich line at the Society of St. Vincent Dr Paul. Warmly, Vasko
