Tatiana is originally from Siberia, Russia. For as long as she can remember Tatiana always had a holistic approach to life and health. After discovering yoga more than 22 years ago, Tatiana has since devoted much of her time to learning and practising this ancient discipline. Tatiana loves to travel and meet new people, and has been to 35 countries around the world. She particularly enjoys getting in touch with their culture, learning about their traditions and how people live and think. She moved to Vancouver Island in 2018 and it has since become home. Tatiana has always been interested in Massage Therapy, and she has attended massage sessions in the many countries where she’s travelled. After moving to Canada, Tatiana enrolled in WCCMT Victoria and studied the RMT program and has been working as an RMT since 2022. Tatiana enjoys the challenge of finding the individual approach for every client. Her offerings to clients vary depending on patient needs and wants at that particular moment. A session can be a light relaxing massage for maintenance, or a deep tissue treatment for those wanting a more therapeutic approach. Tatiana welcomes everyone to her practice. Patients of all ages are welcome, and Tatiana uses a variety of massage techniques in combination with hydrotherapy, stone massage, and therapeutic exercises. Tatiana is currently studying to become a Certified Yoga Therapist with Ajna Yoga. This on-the-table full body treatment combines a traditional therapeutic massage to the back, neck, and shoulders with therapeutic stretching to the lower limbs, arms and neck. Beginning with Swedish massage and hot stones to the back and shoulders to release musculoskeletal tension. Therapeutic stretches are then applied to the lower body, legs, feet, and arms. The treatment ends with gentle stretches and therapeutic massage to the arms, upper chest and neck. These sessions are a dynamic, full body therapy that will take you through a series of controlled stretches, myofascial release, joint range of motion and massage to promote well-being. Please where comfortable stretchy pants or shorts to this treatment. You will be fully draped on the table, but with pants on to more easily incorporate stretching to the lower body.
