Annette Lambert graduated with High Honors from the Shiatsu School of Canada’s Acupuncture Institute in 2014. Annette incorporates acupuncture needling, cupping, Gua Sha (scraping), Tui Na massage, Reiki,and Zen Shiatsu into her treatments, tailored to the individual client’s needs and treatment goals. She is registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and is a member of Traditional Chinese Medicine Ontario (TCMO). She holds a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Cincinnati and has earned a 600 hour Diploma in Zen Shiatsu from the Kokoro Dojo in Toronto (2001), and holds certificates in Reiki Level 1 (2004) and Level 2 (2005).

The initial assessment with a Registered Acupuncturist starts with an evaluation of your health history, goals, symptoms, vital signs and key health measures. The TCM diagnosis made determines the overall treatment plan, and guides your first Acupuncture treatment. Treatment may include needling, cupping, gua sha, tui na massage, herbal topicals, and other modalities.
