If you’ve been dealing with pain or movement problems that haven’t fully resolved and you’re ready to understand why, Jon is exactly who you want. Jon Rowe, Kin, PRT, CEP, CSCS, brings three advanced credentials to his kinesiology practice: Postural Restoration Trained (PRT), Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He starts by understanding how your body is actually holding itself and moving, identifying the patterns that are creating pain or limitation rather than just treating the symptom. From there, he builds a program that restores movement quality, redistributes stress away from vulnerable areas, and develops strength in a way that feels safe and sustainable. Jon works with patients recovering from MVAs, chronic pain, sports injuries, and complex movement challenges, including those who have tried other approaches without lasting relief, and those who feel disconnected from their body after injury and are working to trust it again. Whether your goal is to return to sport, injury prevention, or moving through daily life with more ease and confidence, your plan is built around you.
This 60-minute appointment includes a full initial assessment, a custom exercise program tailored to your goals, and guided demonstrations to ensure you feel confident with each movement. Your kinesiologist will review the exercises with you, answer questions, and help you begin a safe and effective plan to support your strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
