Her first experience with Massage Therapy came after an injury when she took a bad fall off a horse and has since helped her recover from other injuries and manage chronic pain. This, along with wanting a career where she could help make a positive difference for people, her fascination with learning human anatomy and physiology, and her passion to help create lasting change is what made her want to become an RMT Aja graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2020 and has since experienced working with a wide variety of people and conditions. This includes chronic pain, sports and overuse injuries, whiplash, headache, nerve compression and TMJ disorders. She primarily uses a blend of Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and stretching techniques.
