Shelby is currently a 6th term student at Camosun College and is scheduled to graduate in August of 2026. Shelby believes massage therapy should be personalized, collaborative, and focused on helping you reach your individual goals. She enjoys treating a variety of conditions using techniques such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations, therapeutic massage, and relaxation-based treatments, adjusting pressure and techniques to suit each patient. Her clinical experience working with athletes, older adults, and individuals in mental health settings has shaped a well-rounded and adaptable approach to care.
