Arden is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2021. Arden takes a client-centered approach to care, with a focus on deep tissue massage, scar tissue rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum treatment, improving mobility, and relieving muscle tension. Arden is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all clients. She understands that massage therapy can be a vulnerable experience, and prioritizes clear communication, consent, and comfort throughout every treatment. Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Arden doing cross training in the gym, playing soccer, or prepping for the next softball season.
