Dr. Mackenzy Higgins developed a passion for health and movement through years of international competitive synchronized swimming and work as a group fitness instructor. This foundation led her to pursue a career in chiropractic care, with a focus on helping others move better, feel better, and live actively. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where she received comprehensive training in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, and evidence-informed rehabilitation.
