Paniz has been passionate about fitness and human movement from a young age. She began her journey studying Kinesiology at York University while also earning her personal training certification. She then moved to the UK to pursue her Physiotherapy degree, training at one of the country’s leading university hospitals. During her clinical work, she discovered her interest in orthopedic physiotherapy, where she worked with professional rugby players and patients with a wide range of orthopedic injuries. Her personal experience with unresolved low back pain led her to explore Pilates and yoga, inspiring her to get certified in Pilates and deepen her understanding of foundational human movement. This journey also sparked her interest in pelvic health, an often-overlooked area of care. Upon returning to Canada, Paniz completed Pelvic Floor Therapy Levels I and II, and she is dedicated to helping women of all ages understand and overcome pelvic health challenges. Her goal is to uncover the root causes of pain and dysfunction while guiding patients toward long-term well-being.
