Lisa has a longtime passion for helping people find more ease in body and mind and is a recent graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. With years of experience as a yoga instructor and teacher trainer, Lisa is skilled at identifying and shifting movement patterns that create habits of tension in the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Her treatments are adjusted to meet each person’s needs and goals and use a variety of techniques such as; Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, fascial work, muscular energy techniques, passive stretching, and remedial exercise. Offering a therapeutic massage in a safe and comfortable environment, listening to verbal and non-verbal cues, relaxation and nervous system regulation are part of the benefits as Lisa helps you improve your well-being.
