Kaelenn’s involvement in manual therapy stems from his sport experience as he became fascinated by body mechanics and how the body moves and responds under stress. He is currently fortunate to provide massage therapy to the professional sports teams of Halifax (Wanderers/Tides/Thunderbirds). He received a Massage Therapy diploma from the Sutherland-Chan School in Toronto, and currently studies a manual approach to Osteopathy within the Continuing Studies program of Sutherland-Chan, formerly the Canadian College of Osteopathy, Toronto. His treatments foster full body harmony using a gentle, hands-on approach to resolve injuries of all types, while being aware of the effects of mental health on alignment, posture, and full-body integration. With a mission to promote health and growth in those around him, He approaches his practice with compassion and empathy. He is dedicated to fostering an environment where his clients feel understood and supported in their healing journey.

What to expect (a note from Kaelenn): The treatment will be 45 minutes and combines elements of massage, myofascial release, visceral manipulation, joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy and Kinesio-Taping as your body requires. The goal of my practice is to keep you engaged in the things you're passionate about for as long as you desire. As a Registered Massage Therapist, completing my studies as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, I facilitate my treatments through a rehab/pre-hab approach rooted in a unique sense of palpation, enhanced knowledge of human anatomy and patient education. **For an accurate assessment, please bring shorts and a loose fitting t-shirt or sports bra (I do not treat with sheets or lotion).
