Dr. Yewchuk received her Doctorate of Chiropractic (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Victoria. She has been a chiropractor for several years and has worked in busy chiropractic/wellness clinics in BC and in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Dr. Yewchuk treats patients of all ages and backgrounds, including children, teens, all adults, athletes, pregnancy and elderly. She uses diversified adjusting, drop table technique, Activator Technique (instrument assisted adjusting), Graston Technique (used to treat soft tissue issues), and Webster technique (a specific technique that optimizes pelvic biomechanics at the end of pregnancy). She has taken multiple Active Release Technique courses which focuses on muscle and ligament treatment and has completed additional seminars and courses focused on active rehabilitation of injuries. She also uses modalities such as ultrasound and cold laser in her treatments when needed. Dr. Yewchuk is welcoming new patients to her practice and looks forward to getting you feeling better!
