Mark is a registered physiotherapist who completed his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Western University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Waterloo with a minor in injury prevention and ergonomics. Mark’s interest in rehabilitation began with his own injuries while involved in sport, including a torn Achilles. He has also seen the benefits of physical activity in his close family members, strengthening his desire to work in the field of rehabilitation to promote physical activity in all stages of life. Mark’s treatment approach consists of: - Understanding the patient’s goal of rehabilitation - Identifying areas that contribute to the injury through clinical reasoning - Alongside the patient, developing an individualized program to suit their lifestyle and goals. Aside from English, Mark is fluent in Mandarin and can conduct appointments in either language.
