If your body feels unpredictable, tight, or like injuries keep coming back, Sadie is here to help you build consistency and trust in how you move again. Sadie Mamchur, RMT takes a thoughtful, whole-body approach to treatment—focused on understanding the root cause of discomfort, not just where it shows up. She works with injury recovery, chronic tension, and mobility concerns, with a particular interest in supporting hypermobility and recurring strain patterns. With a background as a competitive acrobatic gymnast, Sadie understands firsthand the demands of sport, injury, and recovery—including the challenges that come with joint instability and past concussions. Her treatments combine myofascial work, deep tissue techniques, neuromuscular therapy, stretching, and Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), tailored to what your body needs that day. Known for her calm and supportive approach, Sadie takes the time to listen and create a plan that feels both effective and manageable—so you can move forward with more confidence. Registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
**New Patients:** Please book either 45 or 60 minutes for your first visit as your therapist needs adequate time to go over your full health history and do an assessment. This will allow enough time for hands on treatment as well.
