Since 2022, my practice has included Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Wood Therapy, utilizing targeted techniques to support lymphatic circulation, fluid movement, and overall physiological balance. Building on this foundation, I am now a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), providing a full spectrum of massage therapy treatments, including Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Relaxation massage. With a background in caretaking, I offer a calm, attentive, and empathetic approach to care. I aim to foster a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and respected, while receiving individualized treatments aligned with their needs and goals. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy weight training, jogging, and electronic music festivals, all of which help me stay active, focused, and connected to what inspires me.

Lymphatic Drainage
This includes full body but NOT face. The techniques are vigorous, yet relaxing. We work to reduce excess fluid in the body, bloating and inflammation. It is also effective in improving immune function and activating the digestive system for improved bowel function. An immediate result can be felt in the increased sense of relaxation and overall wellbeing. Your skin may gain a natural glow, because of the enhanced circulation that this treatment offers. Secondary effects can relate to the impact on our bodies connective tissue (fascia) which can have a contouring effect on your body, and leave you feeling less restricted in movement. *Please be advised, we require clearance from your Doctor if you have undergone any recent surgery.
