Ryann (she/her) is a lifelong movement enthusiast with over 15 years of experience across diverse disciplines including aerial circus, dance, Pilates, barre, and massage therapy. A certified STOTT Pilates teacher since 2019, she has been teaching in Halifax with a focus on creating personalized, mindful movement experiences that draw from her broad background. After more than a decade of teaching movement, Ryann was inspired to expand her practice to include massage therapy. Motivated by her deep understanding of the body and a background in physical theatre arts, she sought a more hands-on way to support her clients. For Ryann, massage is about using the power of intentional, positive touch to help people reconnect with their bodies on a deeper level. Ryann’s approach to massage is grounded in her holistic work as a movement professional. She blends her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and therapeutic touch to deliver sessions that are both effective and deeply restorative. She has continued her education in areas such as postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, gait issues, cupping therapy, and has a particular interest in working with hypermobile populations (hEDS, HSD, etc). Whether you’re seeking relief, recovery, or a deeper connection to your body, Ryann brings care, curiosity, and expertise to every session.
