In 2009, she earned her Sport Fellowship in Sport Massage with the Canadian Sport Massage Therapists Association (CSMTA), where she has served as the Ontario Chapter President and continues to be a CSMTA Instructor—using her leadership role to educate and engage communities across the province. Now based in Milton, Ontario, Kristy continues to support high-performance sport by being a Canadian Sport Institute Ontario contractor therapist for Cycling Canada at the Mattamy National Cycling Centre. Over the years, she has contributed to a variety of events across the Halton region, including local slo-pitch tournaments, men’s soccer with the Burlington Soccer League, and international events like the World Junior and U23 Canoe and Kayak Championships in Welland. Kristy has proudly represented Canada at multiple global competitions. Her past experience includes working with elite athletes at Trinity Western University, the 2010 Vancouver Paralympics, the World Police and Fire Games, the Women’s International Fastpitch Tournament, and Cirque du Soleil’s Dralion. She has supported athletes across a wide range of sports, including softball, lacrosse, dragon boat, soccer, basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, and long-distance running. Kristy is passionate about sport massage and enjoys working with athletes of all levels—from recreational weekend warriors to elite professionals. As a mother of two, she remained active through both pregnancies with running and strength training, which inspired a special interest in prenatal care. She now also focuses on helping pregnant individuals stay healthy and active through safe, supportive massage therapy. Kristy became a massage therapist to help people live better—whether that means reducing everyday pain and stress, improving function and posture, or enhancing athletic performance. Her areas of expertise include Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Postural Correction, Rehabilitation, Pain Management, and Stress Relief
