Nicole is currently accepting ICBC patients. Nicole graduated from Camosun College with her Massage Therapy Diploma in 2022. Through her time in school she found an interest in pain science and the relationship between chronic pain and stress within the mind and body. She’s focused on creating a patient-centered environment and wants to ensure each patient feels heard. Growing up Nicole watched her mother struggle with chronic pain from an autoimmune condition and one of the ways she found relief was through massage. This sparked Nicole’s interest in massage and the importance of pain management. Nicole has a slow, deep and relaxing approach to treatment and uses techniques such as general swedish massage, myofascial release, and trigger point release. When Nicole’s not practicing massage she’s on the side lines of her children’s sports or reading a book.
