Jonathan is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Centennial College. Using a variety of massage modalities such as stretching, deep tissue and Swedish massage, Jonathan is focused on helping clients restore their movement, feel relaxed and reduce chances of future injuries. In his spare time Jonathan is physically active lifting weights, running and cycling. He uses what he has learned from these exercises to help inform his massage practice.
