Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment that involves the manipulation of muscles, tendons, and soft tissues to promote relaxation, relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve circulation. It can help enhance flexibility, reduce stress, and support overall physical and mental well-being. Each session is tailored to address your specific needs and health goals, whether for injury recovery, chronic pain management, or simply to unwind and rejuvenate. We encourage you to read your RMT's bio on our teams page on the website, to ensure you are booking the style of treatment you are looking for. Some RMT's offer deep tissue, or trigger point therapy, myofascial release, or other specific techniques with a relaxation or therapeutic focus. Each RMT treatment style is unique.
