I started my physiotherapy journey in 2019, and from day one, I’ve loved helping people move better, feel stronger, and live life more comfortably. Over the years, I’ve worked with patients of all ages and in a range of areas, including physiotherapy, vestibular physiotherapy, neurological rehabilitation, pediatric physiotherapy, and pelvic floor physiotherapy (Levels 1, 2, and 3) . I enjoy supporting people through everything from balance and dizziness issues to neurological challenges, developmental concerns, and pelvic health needs . For me, physiotherapy isn’t just about exercises or treatments—it’s about really understanding each person’s story and goals. I like to take the time to listen, explain clearly, and create a plan that fits each patient’s life. Seeing someone regain confidence in their movement and independence is what I love most about my work. Outside of physiotherapy, I find balance and inspiration in yoga, and I also love travelling, cooking, and painting. These hobbies keep me creative and energized, and they remind me to bring curiosity, patience, and joy into my work with every patient.

Comprehensive health history and physical exam. Treatment usually involves a combination of hands-on manual therapy, modalities, exercise and rehabilitation to get you feeling, and performing your best.
