Erin is a registered physiotherapist with a special interest in women’s and pelvic health. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. Through clinical experience in oncology, neurological rehabilitation, chronic pelvic pain, transition-related surgeries, and private practice, Erin has seen firsthand how pelvic physiotherapy can make a meaningful difference in a diverse range of people’s lives. Erin is passionate about helping women feel confident at every stage of life. She strives to create a safe and inclusive space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. Taking a collaborative approach, Erin designs individualized plans that align with each person’s goals and lifestyle, providing the tools and education needed to feel empowered in their bodies and rehabilitation. She has also completed additional training in pregnancy, incontinence, and pelvic pain to support a wide variety of clients. Outside the clinic, Erin stays active through long walks with her dog, hiking, Pilates, and tennis. She finds balance through being in nature, quality time with family and friends, caring for her large indoor plant collection, and the ongoing quest for a good matcha!
