Dr. Nada Ahmed, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor who earned her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She has a background in Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour from McMaster University. During her time at CCNM, Dr. Nada, ND completed a one-year clinical internship at the Integrative Cancer Centre, where she supported patients navigating cancer prevention and treatment. Her clinical focus includes: Hormonal Health & Fertility: Supporting individuals at every stage of their reproductive journey—from menstrual health and hormonal imbalances to preconception care, pregnancy, post-partum and menopause. Oncology Support: Offering complementary care for cancer patients, including integrative strategies during surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. Metabolic Health: Supporting the conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, as well as thyroid function and weight management. Mental Health: Supporting individuals with natural, evidence-informed approaches for anxiety, depression, stress management, and cognitive wellness. Age-related Health Concerns: Including cognitive decline, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and arthritis. She is also a member in good standing with both the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND). This comprehensive initial visit offers an in-depth assessment of your health, beginning with a detailed review of your current concerns, medical history, and any available lab work. Physical examinations may also be performed to support a thorough understanding of your health picture. Based on the findings, you’ll receive a personalized care plan tailored to your unique needs. Treatment approaches may include a blend of evidence-based and traditional modalities such as botanical and homeopathic medicine, nutritional and lifestyle counselling, food allergy testing, naturopathic remedies, and traditional Chinese medicine techniques including cupping, dry needling, and moxibustion.
