Elizabeth Hardy is a multidisciplinary therapist and wellness practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in therapeutic massage, energy work, and holistic health. She is also a Practical Nurse, having practiced part-time for the past 13 years. The last 5 years was spent as a community medication and administration nurse in a primarily diabetic program. What began as a complementary career and backup plan to support her physical work in massage quickly became a powerful extension of her holistic practice. Working closely with patients managing diabetes gave Elizabeth unique insight into metabolic health, prevention, midlife aging, and longevity—fueling her deep commitment to helping people thrive and live healthier, more balanced lives. Elizabeth’s path to bodywork and wellness originally began through her own athletic journey as a competitive master’s rower for over two decades. A sports injury introduced her to massage therapy, sparking a lifelong fascination with the body’s healing capacity. In her massage practice, she focuses on restoring balance and promoting healing through a combination of therapeutic techniques, personalized care, and energy-based modalities such as Reiki and Reflexology. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and trained home chef, Elizabeth also integrates her love of food and nutrition into her practice. She specializes in supporting clients with metabolic health challenges—including insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, stubborn fat loss, hormone imbalances, and menopause-related concerns—while offering practical tools like health coaching, accountability, and personalized meal planning. Her approach is evidence-informed, compassionate, and rooted in both clinical training and holistic wisdom. With her unique blend of nursing, therapeutic bodywork, and nutrition expertise, Elizabeth is dedicated to guiding others toward improved metabolic function, greater vitality, and long-lasting wellness—helping them age well and live fully at every stage of life.
