Stephanie graduated from Humber College in 2018 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is an active member of the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She employs specialized deep tissue, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations in addition to the usual Swedish massage techniques used for common musculoskeletal issues. She has experience with many chronic and acute ailments needing specific tailored treatment planning. Additionally, Stephanie is available to provide care with any pregnancy/prenatal and perinatal issues our clients face. Stephanie has completed combined decongestive therapy training at the Dr. Vodder School International. She is qualified to provide manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) techniques on individuals diagnosed with lymphedema. She can assist individuals with the healing process post surgery such as joint replacements as well as provide care for constipation, congestion, and inflammation.
