Massage

A focused therapeutic massage designed for those experiencing migraines, recurring headaches, jaw tension, and chronic tension through the head, neck and shoulders. Your treatment begins with a cool crystal eye mask, creating a calming, soothing start to the session while we allow the body and nervous system to begin settling. From there, this signature treatment combines targeted therapeutic massage with gentle relaxation techniques to address common areas of muscular tension associated with headaches and migraines. Your treatment may include focused work to the: • Neck and shoulders • Upper back and chest • Scalp and head • Face, temples and jaw • Areas of muscular tension specific to your individual needs The session finishes with a warm, soothing towel, allowing you a few quiet moments to settle and integrate the treatment before getting off the table. Each session is customized based on how you're feeling that day, your headache or migraine patterns, and what we find during your treatment. This treatment can be booked when you're experiencing symptoms or as part of an ongoing wellness routine. Many clients find the greatest benefit from beginning with a couple of sessions approximately 1–2 weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments approximately every 6–8 weeks, depending on their individual needs and response. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical assessment or treatment. New, severe, unexplained, or significantly changing headaches should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare provider.

Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
New PatientGeneral

Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specialized massage technique designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system and promote the natural flow of lymph fluid. This system plays a vital role in removing waste, reducing excess fluid, and supporting the immune system. Using light, rhythmic movements, this treatment helps reduce swelling, improve circulation, and enhance the body’s natural detoxification process. It is especially beneficial for individuals experiencing fluid retention, post-surgical swelling, inflammation, or a feeling of heaviness in the body.
