Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to promote detoxification, reduce swelling, and boost circulation. Using light, sweeping motions, this massage encourages lymph flow without compressing vessels, making it ideal for reducing fluid retention, supporting immune function, and aiding in post-surgical recovery. It’s a soothing, non-invasive treatment that enhances overall wellness and relaxation.
