Justin graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then went on to graduation with a Masters of Science, Physical Therapy from Queens University. With over 15 years of experience as both a Registered Physiotherapist and Strength Coach, Justin has worked with hundreds of athletes during his time at Depth Training & Physiotherapy and with the Hamilton Bulldogs, OHL. While with the Hamilton Bulldogs, OHL organization Justin was the Head Strength Coach and later the Director of Performance Therapy for 2x Ontario Hockey League Championships (2018, 2022). Justin has trained and treated athletes at the highest levels of sport including the NHL, CFL, MLB and NLL. While Justin works with athletes from any sport, his true specialty is the health and performance of hockey players. Between Depth and Hamilton, Justin has worked with dozens of players who have accomplished their goal of playing games in the NHL. Justin is also trained in Neurofunctional Acupuncture through the world-renown, McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program and uses his advanced assessment knowledge to help athletes determine the proper training and treatment approach to help them achieve their goals. If you are looking for a professional who truly understands the meaning of high performance with the education and experience to help athletes get to the top of their sport, Justin is it. Justin currently lives in Burlington, Ontario with his wife, Laura and their 3 children. During the winter months you will find Justin at the local hockey arena, coaching minor hockey and helping to share his love of the game with the future generation of players.
