TCM Acupuncture Initial Assessment
Chinese Medicine

**Initial TCM Acupuncture Session (75–90 minutes)** Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand your health history, current concerns, and overall patterns of imbalance. The session begins with a detailed intake covering symptoms, medical history, digestion, sleep, stress levels, menstrual or hormonal health (if applicable), and lifestyle factors. Traditional diagnostic methods such as pulse and tongue assessment may be used to help guide treatment planning. Following the assessment, you will receive your first acupuncture treatment, which may include techniques such as acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, or other supportive therapies as appropriate. The goal of the initial session is not only to address your primary concern but to create a personalized treatment strategy moving forward. Time is reserved at the end of the appointment to discuss findings, provide education on diet and lifestyle recommendations, and outline a suggested treatment plan tailored to your needs.
