Hi, my name is Nittaya. I was born and raised in Thailand. In late 2013, I met my now husband, and we quickly developed a strong relationship. After getting married, we moved to the United States in 2015, where we began building our life together while my husband worked at Duke University. After my children started school, I decided to pursue my passion for wellness and enrolled in massage therapy school in 2023 at Durham Technical Community College. I successfully completed my training on May 9, 2024, and became a licensed massage therapist in June 2024. I have been working in the field ever since, helping clients feel their best. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, and Full Body Stretching. My goal is to help reduce pain, relieve muscle soreness and tension, and promote overall relaxation. Massage therapy can also improve circulation, boost energy levels, enhance focus, and support a healthy immune system by lowering heart rate and blood pressure. If you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a break, I am here to help you relax, recharge, and reconnect with your body.
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic technique focusing on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia to relieve chronic tension, adhesions ("knots"), and pain. Using slow, intense strokes, friction, and direct, deep pressure from fingers, thumbs, or elbows, it improves range of motion, circulation, and structural alignment. It is commonly used to treat injuries, stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and lower back, and can cause mild, temporary soreness.
