Audra Perras is a Registered Massage Therapist who helps active individuals, athletes, and those seeking to build confidence in their movement and recovery, with the goal of returning to sport, training, and daily life. With a strong foundation in movement mechanics, Audra’s therapeutic approach is well suited for individuals experiencing postural dysfunction, recurring injuries, chronic pain, training-related aches, or movement limitations. Audra focuses on understanding why symptoms are showing up and works collaboratively with clients to develop clear, actionable plans that aim to address the root cause. Each session includes a thorough assessment, targeted hands-on treatment, and movement-based strategies to support recovery both in and out of the treatment room. Her treatment style integrates myofascial therapy, neuromuscular techniques, deep tissue massage, and movement-based approaches to address how tissues work together throughout the body. Clients can expect an education-focused, collaborative experience—leaving with a better understanding of their body and practical exercises they can use between visits to help maintain progress and reduce the risk of setbacks. Audra holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from Queen’s University and an Honours Diploma in Massage Therapy. She is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure her care remains evidence-informed, intentional, and results-driven. Ultimately, Audra’s goal is to help you take control of your health—moving with purpose, recovering with intention, and learning with confidence. **Additional Professional Development & Education:** - Non-Internal Introductory Pelvic Health Course (Feb 2026) - Advanced Myofascial Techniques & Functional Movement Assessments (Sept 2025) - Advanced Cupping Therapy for Soft Tissue (Aug 2025) - Manual Therapy for Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (Jan 2025) - CSMTA Advanced Sport Massage Course (Sept 2023)
Sports Massage is a dynamic treatment that helps amatuer and advanced athletes adapt to training progressions and pre-competition demands or stay game-ready; sports massage also aids and speeds recovery between training sessions and after competitions or injuries. Treatment may include more vigorous massage techniques like tapotement (percussion), myofascial and trigger point release, cupping, stretching, muscle activation and reflexive relaxation, and other neurofunctional techniques targeted to the specific demands of the sport. Performed by an RMT who has additional Advanced Sport Massage training through the CSMTA. **Please wear or bring comfortable clothing (athletic wear) to your appointment.**
