Dr. Kristina Mokhir, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor and is a member of the CAND (Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors). Dr. Kristina, ND spent more than 10 years in the nutritional supplements industry and has an Honours degree in Nutrition and Nutraceutical Sciences from the University of Guelph, ON. After completing her honours degree, she went on to study naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine Toronto campus, where she obtained her Doctor Of Naturopathy degree. She received her clinical training at the Brampton Civic Hospital - the first naturopathic teaching clinic in the hospital setting in Canada, and the RSNC (Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic). Massage

Acupuncture
An Initial Naturopathic Intake is required for your first facial rejuvenation acupuncture visit. The treatment will begin with a facial massage designed to improve blood circulation, lymphatic flow and promote relaxation. Then, fine acupuncture needles are used in strategic locations to promote collagen synthesis, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and improve skin texture.
