Dr. Keegan Tom treats a variety of muscle, nerve, and joint conditions, with a specialty in back and neck pain, headaches, and sprain/strain injuries. He enjoys helping people reach their goals whether you are an athlete, weekend warrior, or office worker. Dr. Tom consistently uses joint adjustments and soft tissue techniques including Active Release Technique (ART) and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM). He also incorporates rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle education to help his patients maintain optimal function. Dr. Tom completed his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria. After graduating, he worked as a personal trainer and kinesiologist at a multidisciplinary rehab clinic in Victoria. Dr. Tom went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic at the University of Western States in Portland, OR, where he graduated Cum Laude. Growing up on the North Shore, Dr. Tom has been involved in sports his whole life, competing in soccer, rugby, football, track and field, and cross country. When not in the clinic, you can find Dr. Tom exploring BC through hiking or skiing, racing triathlons, and weight training in the off-season.
