Registered Physiotherapist (B.Sc PT) Jigna is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience and is a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She is also certified in Concussion Management (CCMI Academy) and Pelvic Floor Therapy. She specializes in assessing and treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions through a hands-on approach, including joint mobilization, manual therapy, myofascial release techniques, client education, and customized exercise programs. Her focus is on promoting health, wellness, and improving quality of life for each individual. Jigna provides treatment for: ・Muscle, ligament, and joint pain/injury (sprains, strains) ・Postural dysfunction (upper/lower cross syndrome, back pain) ・Fractures and post-surgical recovery ・Sports injuries ・Workplace injuries ・Arthritis and other degenerative conditions ・Pelvic Floor Therapy ・Concussion Treatment She has a special interest in shoulder, knee, and ankle injury rehabilitation. Jigna supports evidence-based practice and takes a client-centered approach to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans to help patients restore pain-free movement. Outside of her practice, Jigna enjoys hiking, biking, and bowling. She is also a former badminton player and an enthusiastic chess player.
