Naomi is a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario and has more than 17 years of clinical experience in Japan as a physiotherapist and in Canada as an RMT. Before moving to Toronto, she worked as a physiotherapist for more than 7 years in a rehabilitation room at a hospital and home care in Kagoshima, Japan. After school, Naomi started working as a licensed physiotherapist at Ibusuki Sagara Hospital for more than 7 years. She mainly helped rehabilitate patients with stroke, poliomyelitis, fracture, dislocation, spine surgery, hip and knee replacement. She developed plans to help patients regain mobility with strength training, exercises, and stretching then performed diagnostic exams to evaluate muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability. She reduces pain and restores function to an injured shoulder, knee, or other joint or extremity. Naomi sees patients of all ages and abilities who have musculoskeletal pain, or sports injury or have had orthopedic surgery, such as joint replacement, arthroscopy, or fracture repair.
