Gabby Debaie
Banff Wellness Practice
PO BOX 467, 201 Bear Street, Unit 204, Banff, AB, T1L1B5
Gabby graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 2001 and has been working as a nurse in the Bow Valley since 2008, providing care to patients during and immediately following surgical procedures. Her extensive clinical experience has fostered a deep understanding of the body, healing, and patient-centered care. Based in Banff, Gabby enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and three children. Outside of her professional life, she can often be found skiing, snowboarding, camping, hiking, biking, or walking Scotia, their four-year-old golden retriever. A recurring back injury in the early 2000s sparked Gabby’s interest in how the body adapts and compensates following injury. Motivated by a desire to spend more time with clients in a holistic and supportive environment, she enrolled at the Manual Osteopathy College of Canada in Calgary to train as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist. Drawing on her strong nursing background, Gabby is passionate about helping clients understand their bodies, supporting healing, and restoring balance. She is grateful to be part of Banff Wellness Practice, where she continues to grow and apply her skills. Gabby welcomes clients who are interested in exploring manual osteopathy, offering student sessions focused on treating the body as a whole.
