My goal as a RMT has always been to help people feel better without relying on quick fixes. That commitment led me into the specialized world of lymphatic drainage and compression therapy, where I can support clients living with a range of venous and lymphatic system disorders. This training allows me to incorporate stockings as part of their long term management and wellness plan. Outside the clinic you will find me on the trails with my Labradors, or curled up with them and a good book to unwind.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a gentle, non-invasive very light technique using a pumping action to remove excessive swelling from an area, either from an injury or a defective lymphatic system. You may benefit if: you have lymphedema, lipedema, scar or burn, post surgery, CRPS, or other pain/swelling disorder.
