Amanda has been working in natural healthcare for over 15 years. She is a certified Holistic Nutritionist, Colon Hydrotherapist, Doula and Lymphatic Massage Therapist. Her Brazilian Lymphatic Massage technique combines fast-paced movements and specialized wooden tools to stimulate lymph flow. This unique approach improves circulation, loosens fascia, reduces water retention and lactic acid build up, and supports the body's natural detoxification.
