Avneet graduated from the massage therapy program at Mount Royal College in 2009. She specializes in neck and shoulder pain as well as low back problems and is able to provide both relaxation and deep tissue techniques to achieve maximum benefits for each client. She is also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, specializing in energy based treatments. When choosing a career, Avneet decided on massage because of the positive feedback she received from friends and family when she would give them a massage. She’s very grateful to have found a career that she loves, the smiles on her client’s faces after her massage confirms she made the right choice. Her hobbies include reading, cooking, and craftwork.
